Two of my favorite things in life: logo design and disc golf. When SDGA launched in the summer of 2021, they sent out a request for logo ideas to help get them established. Doing some pro-bono work to help grow the sport was a privilege for me, and it was a fun project to work on. I decided a strong shield to house the mark would be the best option. It could be used, and easily recognized, on discs, bag tags, and merchandise. With a star marking the A in "Starkville" and a disc flying into the basket for an ace, this logo proudly declares the excitement this sport exudes. Fore!
When our local disc golf club needed a logo, Cam knew exactly what we needed. Since that time, we have needed several logos for different tournaments the club puts on. We tell Cam the name and place of the event and he has exceeded expectations. Spann Design Co. knocks it out of the park every time.
