C&D Plastics

Since 1985, C&D Plastics has been providing in-house design, machining, forming, and fabrication capabilities to the Mid-South and beyond. The client approached me about designing a new mark that would be fresh and iconic. After some exploratory conversations, I learned that the owner enjoyed mountain climbing and the great outdoors. The idea of a carabiner forming the monogram of the company was one of the greatest ah-ha moments in recent memory. I put pen to paper and realized it actually worked! With a little geometry and some bold color choices, we launched this cool-as-a-cucumber identity into the stratosphere.
