When I sat down for the initial design briefing with the president of 56 Capitals, we both agreed that this logo needed to be a mark of trust and excellence. It needed to be bold while also staying true to this individual's track record of renowned professionalism. I got to work on a series of marks, and after careful deliberation, we landed on this design. It tells the company's story of congressional lobbying and public policy expertise in the most minimal sense. Its red and blue palette expresses the unifying, patriotic, and bi-partisan nature of the business. And it represents a bright and steady future for 56 Capitals.
